Our Location - UK Based
Duck Barn Interiors is based in the UK and our products are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. Larger items dispatched by our suppliers are also sent from UK warehouses. We do not dispatch from any location outside the UK, so you will not be subjected to any duty charges.

Additional Delivery Information
Order Tracking and Communication:
To place an order, you will be asked to provide a valid email address to receive a confirmation email upon dispatch. Please include a mobile number for text notifications from couriers regarding delivery times and options.
Couriers may leave items on doorsteps with photo proof, so if you want your item left with a neighbour, please ensure that this is included in a note on your order and/or use the courier's App or text notification to inform them to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. Couriers such as DPD will also have an option for pick up from a local shop or depot.
Despatch of Items:
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, typically within 1-3 days if in stock for standard delivery. Our stock feed is live and updates regularly and will only allow you to order online if stock is available. However, if the item is unavailable we will contact you by telephone or email and you will be entitled to a full refund. If your item does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us on 01483 255 977 or by email at info@duckbarn.co.uk.
Direct Delivery by Suppliers:
Certain items like furniture are delivered directly from our suppliers, typically within 7-14 working days unless bespoke or made to order. These deliveries are usually limited to mainland UK addresses.
Priority/Next Day Delivery:
Orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery, not usually available for weekends. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Weekend Delivery:
For urgent or weekend delivery, choose the Saturday delivery option or contact us for arrangements. Additional fees may apply. Please note that this is not available for all products and will only provide the option at checkout if applicable to your order.
Delivery to Non-Mainland UK, Europe & Rest of the World:
We no longer deliver outside of Mainland UK. Organisations like AddressPal and Ship7 can provide onward service from a UK address.
Courier Services:
We use Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, TNT, DHL, FedEx, DX, and ParcelForce. Delivery times apply only to products in stock. Some deliveries require a signature. If you nominate a safe place, it will be at the Customer's risk.
General Terms:
- We deliver to all mainland UK addresses with a valid postcode. Remote locations may require 2-day delivery.
- Couriers work Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or PO BOX.
- If we believe the address is not secure, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases like traffic accidents, extreme weather, or unforeseen issues, delivery may be delayed. You may opt to cancel for a full refund if delivery cannot be fulfilled as promised.
